On The Edge Publications is an independent publishing company, which provides innovative literature in the form of fiction and poetry. Founded in 2004, On The Edge Publications concentrates in the drama/suspense/mystery genre and is geared toward multi-ethnic and cross-cultural literary expressions.
The goal of On The Edge Publications is to focus on the plight of women by promoting awareness and developing a consciousness of domestic violence and sexual assaults by way of producing novels that address these issues. The consumer is able to purchase quality paperback novels from this website, or by contacting us at the address below.
Because of the subject matter the novels addresses, a resource is provided to help women dealing with domestic violence and sexual assault. This resource includes organizations and national women’s groups that are established throughout the United States.
The increased awareness and movement toward addressing the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault has increase. Just in this past five years the government has been increasingly active in passing legislations that includes legal safety nets for people who are victims of relationship violence and provisions to provide supportive services such as shelter, legal assistance, transitional living and counseling. These are the fundamental, humanitarian rights of children, women and men experiencing domestic violence.
On The Edge Publications recognize the months of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and April as Sexual Assault Awareness month. Activities recognizing victims of domestic violence and the movement to stop domestic and family violence are highlighted during this month.
