The men soon realize that their task is a difficult one. The women of WAAM create alias once they join a group, and groups never meet in the same location. Therefore, Special Agent Regis and Siers have a difficult time locating groups and identifying members. The harder the FBI work toward dissolving WAAM, the more WAAM grows and spreads into neighboring states.
